As part of our corporate culture that puts members’ well-being at heart, Macsara Hair organizes a teambuilding trip every summer. This year, we had an unforgettable trip to Ha Long – one of the most famous tourist destinations in Vietnam. This three-day trip is a chance for us to recharge our energy after days of hard work and strengthen the bonds within our team.
We spent the whole afternoon of the first day exploring the scenic view of Ha Long Bay, a UNESCO-recognised natural heritage site that has been listed among the top 25 most beautiful places in the world this year by CNN.
Navigating through the clear blue water, tranquil lagoons, and spectacular underground caves was a very enjoyable experience. Immersing ourselves in the tranquility and breathtaking view that Ha Long Bay offers helped us feel relaxed after tiring days.
We believe that a united team will drive the success of a business, so we prioritize activities that engage the participation of all members. The morning of the second day was filled with joy and excitement as we took part in a series of team-building activities.
Despite unfavorable weather conditions, everyone was enthusiastic to participate. We were divided into 3 smaller teams to compete in many exciting games, such as “Moving Giant Balls”, “Giant Pants Race”, and “Bringing Water to the Source”. These games helped us build physical fitness and agility while strengthening teamwork skills.
Our shared camaraderie and the thrill of the games created a vibrant atmosphere of unity that carried us through the following days.
The highlight of the trip was our Gala Dinner, which was a night to remember. We gathered in a cozy atmosphere, having dinner together and throwing a special birthday party for members whose birthdays were in the year’s second quarter.
The most memorable part of the night was our fashion show, featuring four competing teams. Announced weeks in advance, we had been diligently preparing unique outfits. As each model walked onto the stage, we were continually surprised by the creativity and flair displayed, making every moment an exciting and unforgettable highlight.
Laughter echoed as we enjoyed games, sang, and danced together. It wouldn’t be exaggerating to say that the heartwarming Gala Dinner made the bond among Macsara’s members stronger than ever.
All in all, Macsara’s Summer Trip to Ha Long 2024 has left us with unforgettable memories. With a heartfelt commitment to our team’s well-being, this three-day trip not only rekindled our spirits but also fostered the bond among us.
