We are willing to provide you returns and exchanges without shipping costs within 7 days on all sets that have not been installed, worn, or tampered with in any situation. Return and exchange requests are only accepted by following our requirements as follows:
- Hair must NOT have been installed, colored, cut, or altered in any situations;
- Hair MUST be in its original bundle and NOT be untied at the top;
- Hair MUST be kept in its original packaging;
- Returned packages MUST include a copy of the original invoice.

It depends on the quality of your hair extensions and how well you take care of them. Our weft hair extensions can last more than 1 year if cared for properly. As they are a type of permanent hair extensions, you need to have them readjusted every 6 – 8 weeks, depending on how fast your natural hair grows.

There are several ways to apply weft hair extensions. Traditionally, they are applied by braiding your natural hair into cornrows and then sewing the hair extensions onto those braids. Alternatively, they can be applied using microbeads. This method involves inserting strands of natural hair into microbeads to create anchors for weft hair extensions to be sewn onto.

Traditional weft hair extensions are pretty heavy so they work for medium to thick hair only.
