We are willing to provide you returns and exchanges without shipping costs within 7 days on all sets that have not been installed, worn, or tampered with in any situation. Return and exchange requests are only accepted by following our requirements as follows:
- Hair must NOT have been installed, colored, cut, or altered in any situations;
- Hair MUST be in its original bundle and NOT be untied at the top;
- Hair MUST be kept in its original packaging;
- Returned packages MUST include a copy of the original invoice.

Our weft hair extensions are made from 100% high-quality human hair. As they have cuticles kept intact, they look and feel just like your own hair and can be dyed and styled.
2. How long do weft hair extensions last?
It depends on the quality of your hair extensions and how well you take care of them. Our weft hair extensions can last more than 1 year if cared for properly. As they are a type of permanent hair extensions, you need to have them readjusted every 6 – 8 weeks, depending on how fast your natural hair grows.
3. How are weft hair extensions applied?
There are several ways to apply weft hair extensions. Traditionally, they are applied by braiding your natural hair into cornrows and then sewing the hair extensions onto those braids. Alternatively, they can be applied using microbeads. This method involves inserting strands of natural hair into microbeads to create anchors for weft hair extensions to be sewn onto.
4. Can I use weft hair extensions if I have thin hair?
Traditional weft hair extensions are pretty heavy so they work for medium to thick hair only. However, we have introduced different types of weft extensions that are much thinner and more lightweight, including Genius weft, hand-tied weft, or flat weft hair extensions. These weft hair extensions can be used for thin hair.

Weft hair extensions are not damaging as long as they are applied and maintained properly. If they are fitted too close to the scalp, they can cause damage to the hair. Therefore, make sure you have your weft hair extensions applied by a professional stylist and follow the right hair care instructions.
