When you receive your order may vary depending on your location, but you can expect your purchase to arrive within 2-5 days of being accepted by the shipping agency. We’ll provide you with a more accurate estimate of your delivery date once your order has been processed and shipped. Meanwhile, here is a table for quick reference.

2. Return

We are willing to provide you returns and exchanges without shipping costs within 7 days on all sets that have not been installed, worn, or tampered with in any situation. Return and exchange requests are only accepted by following our requirements as follows:

• Hair must NOT have been installed, colored, cut, or altered in any situations;
• Hair MUST be in its original bundle and NOT be untied at the top;
• Hair MUST be kept in its original packaging;
• Returned packages MUST include a copy of the original invoice.

We will not accept your returns or exchanges which do not follow those requirements.

1.  How to apply ponytail hair extensions?

It is very easy to apply ponytail extensions by yourself. We offer two types of ponytail extensions that are used differently:

• Wrap ponytail hair extensions: Gather your hair into a ponytail, then place the hair extensions over it. Slide the combs underneath your hair tie at the top of your ponytail and clip it down. Wrap the velcro around the base of your ponytail until it’s tightly secure. Next, wrap the extra strand that comes with your hair extensions around the base to cover it and secure it with bobby pins.
• Drawstring ponytail hair extensions: Gather your hair into a bun, then place the hair extensions over it. Slide the combs underneath your hair tie at the top of your bun and clip it down. Next, pull the drawstring for a snug fit, ensuring it covers the whole bun. Wrap the string around the base of the ponytail and secure it with bobby pins. Take a strand from your ponytail and wrap it around the base to cover it. Secure it with bobby pins.

Once you’ve got the hang of the application techniques, it will take you just about 5 minutes to apply ponytail hair extensions.

3. How long does my hair need to be to wear ponytail extensions?

As long as your hair can be gathered into a ponytail or a bun that ponytail hair extensions can attach to, you are good to go!

4. Will my ponytail hair extensions fall off?

No, provided that you apply your ponytail hair extensions properly. Our ponytail hair extensions come with combs and a velcro wrap/ drawstring that are designed to keep the ponytail secure all day long.

5. Will my ponytail hair extensions be obvious to others?

If you choose a hair extension color that matches your natural hair color and apply your ponytail hair extensions, they will look super natural. Wrapping a hair strand around the base helps camouflage it for an undetectable look.

6. Can I style my ponytail hair extensions?

Yes, our ponytail hair extensions are made from 100% high-quality human hair so they can be dyed and styled using heat tools.

7. How long do ponytail extensions last?

Ponytail hair extensions can last 6 months – 1 year or more depending on how often you use them and how well they take care of them.

8. How often should I wash my ponytail hair extensions?

As ponytail hair extensions are temporary hair extensions and don’t come into contact with the scalp, they don’t need to be washed very often. The more you wash them, the shorter their lifespan. We recommend washing your ponytail hair extensions every 15-20 wears or when you notice significant product build-up.
