We are willing to provide you returns and exchanges without shipping costs within 7 days on all sets that have not been installed, worn, or tampered with in any situation. Return and exchange requests are only accepted by following our requirements as follows:

• Hair must NOT have been installed, colored, cut, or altered in any situations;
• Hair MUST be in its original bundle and NOT be untied at the top;
• Hair MUST be kept in its original packaging;
• Returned packages MUST include a copy of the original invoice.

How long keratin hair extensions last depends on their quality and how well you take care of them. As our keratin hair extensions are made from high-quality human hair, they can last 3 – 6 months. Once installed, they don’t need to be removed and reapplied like other types of hair extensions.

While it’s not common to reuse keratin hair extensions, you can still reuse them once if they are in good condition. You need to remove the keratin bonds and apply new keratin tips to your hair extensions to give them a new life.

Our keratin hair extensions are made from high-quality human hair so you can dye and style them as you want. However, avoid the keratin tips while dyeing or styling your hair extensions to protect their integrity.
